More done with the team you have

A robot takes the routine rounds. Your techs take the fixes.

Repeat checks keep happening. The hours they used to take go back to repairs.

Skilled hours get spent on the walk

Technicians are hired to find what is wrong and close it. Too much of the day still goes to walking the floor, writing the same all-clear, and doing it again tomorrow.

When someone is out, that coverage is the first thing to slip. Hiring another person to cover the walk takes months, and the fix list grows while the role stays open.

The checks still happen. The fixes get the time.

A robot covers those rounds on the schedule you already run. Technicians start from what looks off and stay with the repair until it is done.

The roster you have finishes more real work, because the walk is no longer competing with it.

How a day changes

  1. Step 1. Hand the walk to the robot

It covers the repeat rounds on the schedule your crew already works. You do not add a person just to keep that going.

  2. Step 2. A person sees what came back

Each visit is recorded, so a technician can review it without having walked it.

  3. Step 3. Your techs keep the judgment

Someone on the crew looks at what seems off and spends the rest of the day on the fix.

Robots that inspect. People who decide.

From the floor and a live data center

Since July 28, 2026, a FacilityOps robot has run autonomous inspection rounds at the CRSC Data Center, powered by Solutions IS, in Houston.

Inspections, done every shift, without hiring another tech.

Said at the FacilityOps booth.

The first three weeks at CRSC

  • 19 autonomous inspection runs
  • More than 1,600 observations, each one time and location stamped
  • A failed condenser caught running 7.2°F warmer than its twin, confirmed by hand within 1.1°F

Common questions

Does the robot replace technicians?

No. It takes the routine checks. Technicians still decide what is wrong and do the repair.

Do we have to hire someone to run it?

No. A pilot is for the crew you already have, so coverage does not depend on an extra hire.

What happens after I submit?

We send the CRSC report. If it looks like a fit, we'll suggest a short call. No commitment.

Can you share a customer result?

Yes. The CRSC Data Center, powered by Solutions IS, agreed to publish its pilot. In the first three weeks the robot ran 19 autonomous inspection runs and caught a failed condenser. Read the case study.

What kinds of buildings can it cover?

We start with one set of checks your crew already walks, and we see whether a robot can take those on. A pilot is how we learn if your building is a fit.
